3)a)iii)E) There was a young toddler-age child in care who was wearing an amber bead necklace. The provider reported that the child has worn the necklace every day since starting child care, and she did not know how to remove the necklace. Amber bead necklaces are prohibited. 3)c)i) There were two tubes of diapering ointment (Aquaphor) in the unsecured drawers in the bathroom, accessible to children. The ointment had warnings on the label to keep it out of reach of children.
